Program Management, Software/Hardware Lifecycle
Independently oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a variety of deployment activities and serves as principal point of representation and liaison with customer and IEC contractor. Manages and oversees the administrative and daily operations of IEC deployments, upgrades, and associated segment activities, ensuring compliance with program and government contract regulations. Manages the IEC contractor and site personnel work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Also makes recommendations for personnel actions and improvements, and motivates contractors and site personnel to achieve peak productivity and performance. Assists IEC contractor with design and development of IEC deployments, upgrades, and problem resolution plans and strategies. Coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of IEC program activity data and helps develop and write comprehensive presentations for IEC managers and customers. Assists in establishing and implementing short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for various IEC activities. Collaborates with related segment, program, and project managers to coordinate and consolidate resources ensuring efficient operation of, not only IEC but, the entire program. Supporting the full enterprise lifecycle, GCA oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of the deployment activities and serves as principal point of representation and liaison with customer. We take a hands-on approach to managing the administrative and daily operations of any deployment of hardware to locations, required upgrades to the equipment deployed, and work with any associated segments to ensure compliance with program and government contract regulations. Assists in establishing, implementing, and achieving short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for activity milestone.
